Description
“Real” fudge is nothing more than white sugar, brown sugar and cream. A bit of vanilla extract is added at the end to give my fudge a smooth vanilla taste.
Other ingredients can be added depending on what you want such as nuts, maple syrup, white chocolate, rum & raisins; the list can go on.
But the real secret to my successful fudge is not so much the ingredients as but how I make it – taking lots of time, attention and of course, made with love.
