Description
A cupcake is a small cake designed to serve one person. Frosting and other decorations can also be added.
All my cupcakes are freshly made to order using natural ingredients. No pre-mixed or packet mixes used. A simple basic recipe using a blend of unsalted butter, sugar, free range eggs and flour. Flavourings are added such as natural vanilla extract, lemon zest & juice, cocoa powder or freeze dried raspberries to make the different options.
Dietary requirements and allergens are all catered for including Gluten Free (GF), Lactose intolerant, Dairy Free, Vegetarian and Vegan.
My cupcakes have a hidden middle (unless requested not to) – using my own homemade lemon curd and homemade salted caramel although along with other fillings like chocolate spread, jams and fresh fruit.

A postal service is also available to anywhere in the UK or N Ireland. The cakes are packed in specially designed boxes to ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
